Juliet Dyer - Emotional Intelligence Leadership & Life Coach

Juliet is our founder of The Revitalise Centre.

Juliet works with individuals, teams and leadership groups who are seeking holistic yet highly effective coaching to eliminate stress and overwhelm, let go of self-criticism and self-doubt and grow and succeed. Juliet’s approach- while left of field and non-traditional- simply gets results. Her programs and coaching incorporate a mix of Time Line Therapy®, NLP and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy tools to help people build emotional resilience, to let go of past events and to help them be the best version of themselves. While Juliet may use a mix of methodologies, she sees each person as an individual and changes her approach based on what that person or that team requires.

Vicki O’Dwyer - Psychotherapy

Vicki is a Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. This means she has undertaken additional intensive post graduate studies in Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, after having completed earlier postgraduate study. Vicki has qualifications in: Master of Psychotherapy; Master of Social Work; Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy; Specialist training in Couples Therapy with Relationships Australia; Emotion Focused Couples Therapy; Level 3 Gottman Couples Therapy and Family Based Treatment of Adolescent Eating Disorders. As you can see, Vicki is invested in ongoing professional development, and is strongly committed to progress and continues to learn and grow as a provider of psychotherapy.

With this extensive background, Vicki is well placed to treat a range of problems in depth. She have a vast experience in treating people who feel anxious in the world, struggle with assertiveness, are struggling to adjust to life changes as well as complex post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline and other personality disorders, eating disorders, recovery from substance misuse, depression, anxiety and interpersonal and relationship difficulties.

Wayne Stafford - Musculoskeletal Therapy and Myotherapy

Wayne's specialised treatment essentially "balances" the body by increasing mobility, correcting movement patterns, resetting muscles to the correct length and tension through the nervous system, releasing tight adhered fascia and putting tendons, ligaments and joints back where they should be which in turns reduces pain, improves movement patterns, enhances mobility and restores the natural flow of blood and lymphatic fluid.

Dr Millie Holmes - Clinical Pyschologist

Millie is clinical psychologist and has over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has worked across child and adolescent outpatient and inpatient settings in the public mental health sector as well as in private practice and in schools.  

Millie cares about her clients and is committed to finding out who they are and what matters to them. She tailors her approach to meet the needs of the individual, takes the time to understand their challenges, and collaborates with them. Millie works with young people and their parents to arrive at a shared understanding of each other, identifying strengths and enhancing connections.

Millie works across all age groups and sees individuals with varying mental health concerns such as mood and anxiety disorders, social and interpersonal difficulties, adjustment to stressful life changes, grief and loss, self-harm behaviours and trauma.  She also assists individuals experiencing difficulties with work and life stress, confidence or assertiveness, body image, parenting, sleep and general stress management.

In her treatment she draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing and Supportive Counselling.

Millie consults from The Revitalise Centre on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Dr Sarah Russo – Clinical Psychologist

Sarah is a clinical psychologist with over 14 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, athletes and their families. She has worked across a variety of settings including public child and adolescent mental health, in schools, forensic and sports settings, as well as private practice.

Sarah sees individuals across the full spectrum of mental health from illness to wellness. She works with varying mental health concerns including anxiety and mood disturbance, school issues, social and behavioural difficulties, body image, disordered eating, grief and trauma. She also supports individuals with overall wellbeing through building reflexive capacity, enhancing self-awareness and assisting with strategies to support personal growth. Sarah can assist with general wellbeing and performance concerns, work and life stress, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, self-confidence, and parenting.

In treatment, Sarah’s approach is drawn from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based Techniques, Positive Psychology principles, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Sarah consults from The Revitalise Centre on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
